Fred’s primary responsibilities include developing church vision and direction, leading the church under God’s direction, preaching, teaching, equipping and releasing men and women into ministry. Fred and his wife, Esther, have four children. Fred is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry Degree, Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary with an M. Div. Degree, University of Winnipeg with a B.A. in History and English, Mennonite Brethren Bible College with a B.R.S., Bethany Bible Institute with a diploma in Bible, and Simon Fraser University with a teaching credential.
