Mountain View Church is passionate about discipleship, and one of the amazing ways we do this is by offering practical, hands-on training with apprentices.
We currently offer two apprentice opportunities:

Short-Term Apprenticeship: This 2-3 month apprenticeship offers hands-on, practical ministry experience within the life of the church. You will have the opportunity to serve and develop your leadership skills in specific ministry areas while gaining a deeper understanding of overall church life. Ideal for those looking to grow in faith and leadership.
Minimum age: 16 -
Elijah Program: The Elijah Program is a 9-month, immersive mentoring and training experience designed to equip the next generation (ages 18-30) of church planters and missionaries. This apprenticeship combines in-depth classes and training through our School of Ministry with active participation in church life. Following the training phase, you will be sent on a 5-month assignment—locally, nationally, or globally—where you’ll collaborate with church planters in that region. The program concludes with a final debrief session at Mountain View.
